This guy has a relatively large penis in girth if you observe closely. You can also tell he is circumcised. He is obviously not erect and very flaccid as well as wearing a poser that is too large for his frame. A flaccid penis and a large poser gives the illusion of no package.

It would be amazing to see a bodybuilder who is flat "down there" in competition.
