I met Jay Cutler when he guest posed twice at local bodybuilding shows. Great guy. Loved it when he went into the audience and we could get close to him. Love all that muscle.
He has a nice package. I've seen many posing videos of him with close ups and believe me his package is very impressive and it's all him. No bulge enhancements.
