Beautifully sculpted, massive muscles, and a pink posing brief that could be much tighter. The best view of his bulge is in the second photo, as his legs are spread apart.
I've seen him doing a backstage posing video and the camera was so close you could see that he is nicely cut with a tiny mushroom head along the print of his posing suit. He's always been a favorite.
He is Troy Alves, great bodybuilder of 2000's and 2010's decates.
