It's rare to see such a big bulge in posing trunks, so a huge thanks to Tracey for the submission! Based on the outlines, it’s clear that this bulge is not primarily formed by the balls but rather by the penis! This is especially evident in the last two photos.
It's very possible he's either wearing a prosthesis or has had his penis enlarged surgically, because if you look at his pics in prior contests (from 2018 and 2019), his penis is much, much smaller. In other words, I'm not that impressed.
