That first picture is a good example of him beginning to show his sickness to the world and enjoying just how scary he can be. The second picture is a good example from the time when the last traces of normal humanity were to become crushed utterly by the evil monster he would become.

Just look at the expression on his face showing everyone how it feels to be him. Then, look at his eyes. There's nothing left of him that looks normal. He looks uncanny and evil. He scares me so much. What's more, he seems to love it. He scares me so much that it's exciting.
I just look at that face, right into his eyes, and let the fear wash over me until he scares the ooze out.
His small bulge makes him really hot!
